CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to September 2, 2011. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to September 12, 20111. No refunds will be given for cancellations after September 25, 2011. Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations with no restrictions.
